Directions: To reach the trailhead from San Diego, head east on US8 70 miles to the Boulevard exit. The OHV Area is located 5.3 miles up McCain Valley Road on the left side.
Information: Located 60 east of San Diego, the Lark Canyon OHV Area has several miles of ATV trails. Lark Canyon is designed for motorcycles but experienced ATV riders will do just fine on the trails. Several miles of trails are located in the OHV area. The Wounded Knee Trail is a challenging ride that rewards riders with views of McCain Valley and surrounding area. All of the trails in the OHV area are signed.
